Here is the most recent picture of me. it was taken on 4/17/2010 at Disneyland. This will be my B4 pic. I am not the type to be in front of the camera. you can usualy find me behind the camera. But I promise to post pics of my weight loss progress.

WOW it's been a long time!!!

It has been a long time since I have been on here. I am starting new. I will be going back to WW meetings. I have to do this for me and my health. It will give me stability and something to focus on in my life (other than the stress) Spencer will not be attending the meetings with me because of his job we never know when he has to work. But I will be bringing the information home and he will be eating what I make. This blog was created to track my weight loss and to post my recipies that I created for WW. Everything on here will be focused around weight loss and the food that get me to my goal. Please feel free to comment on here. Upbuilding comments only. Any negative comments or jokes about my weight will be deleted. I know that my friends and family will be supportive about this. Thanks in advanced for your support.
